What we collect on this website

When you book a demo, we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, company or DSA name, team size, and any message you add.

If you message us on WhatsApp, call, or email, we receive whatever you choose to share there.

If analytics is switched on, we also collect basic usage data such as pages visited and the type of device used.

How we use it

We use your details to contact you about the demo you asked for and to answer your questions about Verolyx. We don't use them for anything unrelated.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run this website, such as hosting and the service that notifies our team of new requests, and only as far as they need it to do that job.

Data inside the Verolyx product

Leads, bank statements, and customer details that a DSA uploads to Verolyx belong to that DSA. We process that data to provide the product, under our agreement with the DSA. This page covers the website only.

How long we keep it

We keep demo requests for as long as we need them to follow up with you. Ask us to delete yours at any time and we will.
